An afternoon seminar held on 1st July 2015 in the West End of London at the offices of Carter Jonas.
With lifestyle changes and developments in technology meaning, the event considered how town centres can adapt to the needs of modern consumers, which they must do if they are to remain places where people shop, spend their leisure time and, increasingly, live. Speakers included DCLG Chief Planner Steve Quartermain; Prof Leigh Sparks, University of Stirling; Anna Rose, Milton Keynes Council and , Chief Executive & co-founder of Queensberry Real Estate, Paul Sargent.
